Paula M. Tarallo

Founder/President

Paula has more than 30 years of experience in the marketing profession. She founded East Shore Marketing after realizing many businesses are challenged with the rapidly changing media landscape.

As the Director of Advertising for Time Warner, Paula managed a multimillion-dollar division and was responsible for net revenue growth of over $5 million while improving operating cash flow by more than 35% during her tenure.

Her teaching experience at Ithaca College and Cornell University provided insights and a deep understanding of how to help businesses implement profitable marketing and advertising programs.

She’s received national awards from ESPN, Turner Broadcasting, the Cable Advertising Bureau and Time Warner for sales and revenue growth.

Paula has served in leadership roles on many community boards, enjoys speaking at public events and loves outdoor activities with her family.

Chirag Saluja

Performance Marketing Director

Chirag is a performance marketer specialist with significant experience in digital advertising and driving ROI through deep data analysis.

He brings a wealth of expertise and experience in Pay-Per-Click strategy and management, Amazon, Google, Facebook advertising, and AR experience. He is passionate about Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Blockchain technology.

Chirag is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Leizbel Perdomo

Digital Marketing Specialist

Leizbel is a digital marketing specialist with diversified experience in content marketing and brand management across various industries. As a creative, she brings innovative skills in Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Photography.

She is also well-versed in Adobe Creative cloud and other video editing platforms. She is passionate about Social Media Strategy, Visual Advertising, and Brand Identity Development.

Leizbel is also fluent in Spanish, enjoys social activities, and loves spending time with her animals.

Leslie Quest

Accounting

Leslie started at East Shore Marketing in 2016. Over the years, she continues to support the team by managing the company's financial records, bookkeeping, and accounting.

She remains an invaluable member of East Shore Marketing's advertising agency and a key contributor to the brand's reputation for superior customer service.

In her free time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing by the lake.
